After installing, ask me three short questions — one message, numbered — that fill the template's required slots. Wait for my answers, then build one artifact from them.

The questions that fit this template: (1) which numbers I review and where those numbers live today (a spreadsheet, an export, a database, or typed from memory); (2) the period I compare against (last week, last month, the same week last year) and which one number deserves the headline chart; (3) any targets I hold myself to, and for each metric whether a rise is good or bad. Then build a first board from what I give you: one headline, three to twelve tiles in two or three named groups, a short note in my own words about what moved and why. Show it to me before publishing, and offer to refresh the same artifact next period rather than starting a new one.
