**Collect answers and read them back.** Your agent builds the page and checks the result with you.

Make a survey in Super Artifacts. Ask for its questions, purpose and audience. Read survey with super_templates, fill its survey slot and publish through super_publish with the template’s data declaration intact. Keep it private with super_artifact_set and arrange only the audience I choose. Return the form link. After I submit a test answer, use super_data to read it back and report the row count. Summarise only actual returned answers, noting pagination; explain the Data tab and export the returned answers to a CSV file. If nothing saved, inspect the declaration and the form’s error before retrying.

## Steps

1. **Questions with a purpose**

   The agent fills the survey slot and checks its data declaration.

2. **A working form**

   The published page saves an answer through its own form.

3. **Answers to read**

   The Data tab shows collected responses; super_data reads them back for the agent.

4. **A summary to keep**

   The agent summarises actual answers and exports them to a file.

## Check it worked

One test submission appears in the Data tab. The agent’s super_data result includes that response, and the export contains the saved answers.

## If not

- **No response was saved:** The prompt asks the agent to check the declaration and form error.
- **The summary sounds invented:** The prompt asks it to use only returned rows and report the count.
